Pricing:
10x10 Booth Convention Floor - $400 $300
10x10 Main Entrance - $500 $400
10x10 Outdoor / Stage Area - $400 $300
10x20 Outdoor / Stage Area - $800 $700
Limit of 1 vendor per booth / Vendors may not sub-lease
You must provide your own set up including tables and chairs.
Pop up tents are allowed only in the outdoor area.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days to secure your booth, though you are welcome to pay the full amount at that time. If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid by June 1, 2026. Failure to submit the final payment by that date will result in forfeiture of your booth space. All payments are final. No refunds or exceptions

We’re proud to feature vendors representing motorcycles, apparel, art, collectibles, lifestyle brands, and more. The following guidelines ensure a smooth, professional, and high-energy event for everyone involved.
1. Vendor Eligibility
South Texas Iron & Ink is curated to align with our culture and audience.
Approved Categories Include:
• Tattoo lifestyle & accessories
• Motorcycle gear & parts
• Heavy metal, punk, gothic, and alternative apparel
• Art, prints, handcrafted goods
• Jewelry & leatherwork
• Specialty retail aligned with event theme
Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny vendors based on brand fit.
2. Booth Setup & Requirements
Professional presentation matters.
Setup:
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and lighting.
• Booth displays must remain within assigned space boundaries.
• Displays must be no higher than 6' unless otherwise approved
• All electrical needs must be disclosed in advance.
Operation Hours:
• Vendors must be open during all public event hours.
• Early breakdown is not permitted.
Booths must remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the weekend.
3. Payment & Fees
• Booth fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
• Upon approval of the application, Vendors will be notified via email and a deposit of
50% is due within 10 days.
• Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
4. Conduct & Professional Standards
We expect vendors to represent themselves and the festival with professionalism.
Not Permitted:
• Selling illegal items
• Excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior
• Alcohol or drug use in booth areas
Organizers reserve the right to remove vendors violating policies without refund.
5. Insurance & Liability
• Vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.
• Vendors assume responsibility for their merchandise, equipment, and staff.
• South Texas Iron & Ink and the Seguin Coliseum & Expo Center are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss.
6. Branding & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant permission for photos and video taken at the event to be used in promotional materials.
Vendors may promote their brand within their assigned space but may not obstruct official event signage, stages, or sponsor areas.
7. Load-In & Load-Out
• Load-in times will be assigned prior to the event.
• Vendors must follow staff directions for unloading and parking.
• All trash and materials must be removed during load-out.
8. Space Layout Overview
The event will include designated areas for:
• Motorcycle Showcase Area
• Main Stage & Music Stage Area
• Tattooing & Artist Area
• Vendor Marketplace Zone
Vendors will be placed according to product type and layout planning to ensure balanced traffic flow throughout the event.
